Bounty system
What if we removed the bounty/shut down system. Early game champions would become a lot stronger. And games wil not last as long .

That would be overkill. It would make comebacks next to impossible.
Right now. Both the best comeback potential, and the best snowball potential. Actually comes from the neutral objectives. Which is why they are so important to contest.
