right now champion win rates are highly volitile. players haven't yet adapted to the dramatic changes in the game with this last patch. there are a lot of champions with low win rate, simply because people come in with the wrong masteries or wrong build or even wrong runes considering the shift in the game.
some champions finding the best masteries runes and build is very straight forward. but other champions, it's very easy to do one or all of those wrong and wreck your win chance just because they're too subtle or counterintuitive.
like, I wonder how many people take warlord's bloodlust on pantheon... I know I did my first go xD (and that's the wrong one to take... I'm not exactly sure which is best actaully. I need to test the other options out....)

toplane Nidalee its pretty disgusting once you also get these alone with it 
bruiser Nidalee is pretty much back right now this patch. Plus Nidalee's winrate should be lower since she is a high skill cap champion anyway.

Riot please stop hurting lane nid with jungle nerfs just remove the hunt on monsters or reduce damage done to monsters its not that hard
