Flex Ranked 3v3 is AMAZING!

Thank you riot for giving me exactly what I have been wanting for a long time now. Being able to play a ranked game on twisted treelines without having to be on or maintain a team is just amazing. Ranked 3v3 making its own meta for randoms instead of just versing stacked teams is amazing. The q times are also the fastest I have seen for it in a long time with many new players that only play ranked games. So far the community is also very willing to communicate and respond positively to each other as well. It may just be my personal experience so far but I have been having more games where I have teammates going "Don't worry we got this!" rather than "God my team sucks gg report xxxx". While I have had the latter of the two it's still smaller on average then on the rift for me.
