@Riot this needs to stop. These matches aren't balanced
New to 30 players need to not have silver MMR. I'm sorry, but they genuinely aren't on the level of veteran silver players and definitely aren't on the level of people who have been gold. I've yet to play one of these games and have them feel even reasonably winnable because the new players either pick ridiculous stuff or just get shit on all game and then its just a not that very slow hemorage of losing because the team literally cannot keep up with the choices and plays of the enemy team. It's a crappy experience for literally everyone on the team of new 30's. Not to mention this is solo/duo queue which means getting 3 of these new 30s on my team is pretty BS already. I realize the RNG has swung my way before but even in those games I'm not happy about it. You guys cut the time needed to hit 30 in half and ever since then my ranked games have only been less enjoyable and even harder to win and I can't play norms really anymore because my MMR is somehow mid gold for norms.
