It’s honestly tilting to have a game in the bag only to have your team never push towers or dragons or baron. And only want to 3v5 or 4v5 mid all the damn time.
Like man first off why do players love to start a fight when their Adc is not there and also whe their fed teammate is not there.

People are always out of position. You gotta be the bad guy and yell at people to do shit. If they don't just leave the game. More than likely you would not have won the game either way.
Try to make it sound like something to benefit them. If you make it sound like a team advantage to someone who is only playing for themselves they probably won't be interested.
"Hey bot lane, lets kill this drag so you can get it's sweet buff" "Top and jg, lets go get herald so we can get a tower and some easy gold." "Lets kill barron, its buff will give you awesome damage"
Calling them boosted monkeys seems to work.
