Ruin Lance2 votescho is in a REALLY bad spot right now and countered by almost every meta top. rylai's also got nerfed so that hurt him too.

It's just that the mobility gap is closing.
Adcs with no dash/tumble/evade skill are falling off
Jhin is pretty much the only viable adc that doesnt have a dash but thats because he has so much cc and raw damage that he's pretty much a caster especially because he doesnt have sustained damage.
Top laners with no gap closers are falling hard too
