Too complex and this and scaling off of and adaptive and shit I could've done without masteries and just runes honestly

if it is to compelx, use the 5 noneditable runepages first. Riot made them extra for people like you.

I'm not saying I dont understand it, im saying majority of old masteries and all runes were just increase basic stats.

Im saying it should stay like that, not have little foxes that run out and hit people then come back and mega attacks on tower and debt and switching summoners is not what they should be. Runes were to make you have a small advantage to define your role, not create a new playstyle for a champ supposed to be played one way

ell riot sees that otherwise and league was supposed from the begin to eb otherwise. Riot sure is not on the stage to let champions be played only one way. otherwise Ad Teemo, Ad Kennen, Ap kogmaw, Ap Varus, Toplane lulu, Toplane Tham Kench etc etc etc would enver exist. And old runes were definetly not for a small advantage. It were jsut stats that were picked how the meta was. There was no invention. Everyone bot picked 9 armor yellows beside the point there ziggs bot was emta. Than yous witched to partly health, but after that back again to armor. There is there the "small advantage", if everyoen does it like that? Also riot sure seems to see it otherwise with runes in general. They want them to create diffrent palystyles. Old masteries were already implemented like that. THe masteries we had 2 years ago without impactful keystones were just "small advantages". And if a Kog'maw runs Warlords, Fervor or Stormraiders or now Press the attack, lethal tempo, Phase Rush or Glacial Augment: There is no much diffrence. The keystones were adn are for diffrent styles. But now the nonkeystonerunes and paths aswell.
