Is yasuo ever going to get fixed

I remember in previous patch riot mentioned the overpoweredness of yasuo and that although they didn't change anything that patch they were aware of it. I am wondering were they just buying time for people to accept that yasuo is just another champion that will always be super powerful and lack most counterplay except by specific champions like some others (cough riven cough). It seems like just because hes difficult to play and has a steep learning curve means that it doesnt matter that he is stronger that 90%+ of the other champions in his set of categories. I do think that controlling 120+ champions is probably difficult to make all of them seem relevant (teemo zilean) but if a champion is almost always banned or picked in EVERY tier of play... he might need to be changed.

Picked or banned at every elo means only picked 2% of all games and banned in 7%...what? Honestly, Yasou isn't that bad and actually, when it comes to raw power, he is actually weaker then pretty much every other melee ADC because of his passive neutering his crits by 10%, he just has the advantage of more utility then other melee ADCs.

Silver is not "every tier of play". Yasuo is rarely banned, although he is popular. But not cuz he is OP. He has damn katana man, he so cool!
