Last season ranked rewards

Hello, I wrote a post a week or two ago regarding last season ranked rewards. I was informed that on February 12 if you are back to honor level 2 and didn't get an account suspension then you will receive last season ranked rewards. I managed to get back to honor level 2 just a few days before February 12. Yesterday though when I logged on expecting my rewards there was nothing. Did other people get their rewards or was I just straight up lied too?!?!
