@Riot: Are there are nerfs incoming for Alistar soon?

I've been hearing a little chitter-chatter from players that Alistar may be a bit overpowered right now. I wanted to have your input about it. I feel like Alistar is keeping champs like Leona, Thresh, and Blitzcrank in a reasonable state, which is why there's so much out-cry against him. Not only that but he can tank roughly eight or nine turrets shots and live once he hits level six, so his diving potential post-level six is unreal.

Peronally, I think if you reverted the ultiimate buffs you gave Alistar last season he would still be a decent pick. For those of you who don't remember, prior to buffing Alistar's ultimate to constantly reduce damage by 70% at all ranks, his ultimate used to scale based on the ult level (Rank 1: 50%, Rank 2: 60%, Rank 3: 70%). Alistar players would have to calculate when they could go in and for how long they could pull it off if that change went though.

I also feel like that if his ultimate buffs were reverted that you'd have to compensate by buffing something else about his kit whether that be his sustain or passive.

I believe we nerfed his Headbutt speed in 5.16, so we'll probably want to give that some time to settle before going any farther. Changes like that can have a pretty big impact on a champion. You'll remember we saw LeBlanc very recently disappear from play with similar changes.

The width change to leblanc's e hurt her more than the speed in my opinion but that's me.

How about when we saw Sej completely disappear from play when you nerfed Cinder, then her, then all her items again for good measure?

Are you guys ever going to do anything about that?

Why are some champions seemingly handled with kids gloves ("we want to wait and see"), while others get double hit and ignored (Veigar "compensation" for DFG removal, Sej with nerfs AND cinderhulk nerfs, ect..), and still others that are strong at high elo (Lee Sin) get buffs with the reasoning his "skill floor" is too high (instead of shifting his power around)?

in low elo at least, that actually was a buff, because it made the combo easier to do.

Any more Teemo buffs on the way?

the nerf he needs is for his % damage reduction to be 50/60/70% again instead of 70% once 6
