New Patches and player

Riot should really force people to read patch notes and take a small quiz on the biggest changes before they play ranked. As of today I've seen 7 marksman rush a Stormrazor, not knowing it was reworked and sucks as first, second and mostly even third item. Some of them even replied with "Its the best item to build first, it grants me free crits" when I told them that they are building stupidly. Same goes for new champions/reworks being released, half the player in the game dont even know what the hell they are doing. I am fine with people not knowing what in the world Ivern does when I am playing him, people wanting to leash me as Ivern or complaining about taking buffs. But for the sake of god (and your, the teams and mine LP) know what is going on, what items are doing and what new stuff is.
