Anyways your first items should be eye of the watchers then ardent censor. It's so good on Sona.

Your job as sona is to stay near the back of the fight in team fights, and you will find the most success using your ult as a follow up engage, or peel for your back line. Trying to be the engage as sona will usually end badly for you. Ardent censor is so good on her, it can be rushed over redemption if you have a lot of auto attackers on your team.

Small tip: when your power chord reaches 3, it resets your auto attack.

So simply put you can have it stacked to two, auto attack something and use a spell (more than likely q), it will reset the auto attack animation to use the power chord enhanced auto attack. If you run thunderlords its a good way to proc it (windspeakers is generally better though imo).

It should go like: Auto > Spell > Passive Auto

Gives you a little bit of extra damage given the right situations.
