So i'd like to know if thresh can top and do some damage in the process. I love thresh but don't only want to support with him.

I have started taking Thresh Thresh Top and building tanky damage... item 3161 item 3022 item 3006 item 3072 item 3071 item 3094 summoner 4 summoner 21

Bring the rune that gives you bonuses everytime you shield, it procs with e's passive. I really enjoy it top, you are still tanky but hurt like a monster. Just Ban Teemo

just prepare to use the mute button and experiment in normals.

It might work, but trying it might be hell.
