Minor Issue in some matches

Every now and then i will get into a game where i have to click to use my abilities} . Most of the time i just quit then reconnect and i don't know if it is my computers fault or the servers .

It gets on my nerves very easily and can set me back in the game because once it took 11 minuets to fix this issue . IF anyone else has this issue please comment on this or let me know how you deal with it
