Profile summoner page STILL not working

I have tried everything ! i literally have closed the game . made sure i'm not in Q and still nothing . i really wanna edit my masteries and i cannot do that since every time i click too open it , all it does is just not respond and its a real pain ! anybody have ANY tips on this?*[zombie-brand-mindblown]*HELP NEEDED
