Mostly Bard, and it's seriously carrying me through gold elo right now. I figured out the the biggest problem I was having with climbing in my elo was losing a lot of games to split pushing, so I have been rushing and more recently in my games and it's been absolutely great, especially with Bard since his kit of mostly utility. I just need to worry about landing my abilities all while I can have one or two other lanes pushing with these items. Plus with these items making you naturally tankier over the course of the match, you can become very effective at kiting/baiting/stalling the enemy team to ensure that your other lanes can keep pushing, or force out an uneven team fight if anyone responds.

Low key though, I think Banner of Command is a really underrated item, especially comps that have AP or lane tanks

item 3092 item 2045 item 3060 item 3512 item 3158 + situational item 3742 / item 3193 / item 3065 / item 3222 is a really fun build. When tank supports were meta i used to use it on victor to great effect.

Its underrated, Back Bard was released and "garbage" at the time zzrot scaled off MR and armor and was "LOOOL GARBAGE" and Boc was also "trash item" I made it to plat with a build that used Botrk Zzrot and Boc as common core items.

Actually To this day I still get a lot of flack for running bork. Guess folks don't get that AP provides him with .95 damage per point if you combine his Meep and Q scaling and yes i get that each meep after the first is an additional 0.3 scaling but each point of ad is 1 damage every meep trigger because you have to auto to trigger them. Then you throw in some AS to get the meeps flying out faster, activated slow/ms boost that synergizes with new tribute passive, some on hit anti tank that makes the item cost effective for every time you hit any one over 463 hp, and some sustain just cuz. Pretty slot efficient item if your looking to add damage to bards kit with out wasting item slots you can build support and tank items on instead of stacking ap.

banner isnt as strong as it was... its ok vs teams who are heavy ap or lack wave clear.. it can work cuz it creates pressure by pushing lanes.

but sometimes when i play bard i like take item 3504 and use my W directly on the adc to proc the 20%-35% as and the drain for on hit 20-35hp per 6 seconds. plus it makes them move faster so its good for them to chase down a target
