A new summoner spell

So this summoner spell is called "Redo" it allows you to reset cooldown on summoner spells. But it has a 300s cooldown so 5 minutes. I think that this could be very useful. Because for an example when ur running away u can use flash twice. Or when jungling u can use smite twice. x2 x2
