Can we talk about Vayne?

First, apologies for this massive text wall. After multiple frustrating games I decided to really look at Vayne. What works on her, what doesnt, etc...

is in a really odd spot right now. Shes got a lot of damage and utility packed in to her kit, but if she even gets a slight lead then she becomes almost unstoppable. Lots of people point out her very weak early game, which I agree with. 1v1 early Vayne will not do well, but thats why she has a support. Vayne gets rewarded more for sitting back and farming for and waiting until then to attack as opposed to making risky plays to get kills like other ADC's are forced to do. Part of this is because of her kit, but at the same time part of it is because of BotRK. As opposed to Infinity Edge, BotRK costs 600 Less gold, and grants more stats than IE does, Life Steal (10%), Attack damage (25) and a mild attack speed boost (40%). The problem isn't its cost or its stats, but how well her Silver Bolts passive (%HP true damage after 3 hits) works with it. After 3 hits she will have done 8% of her targets current HP (magic damage) 3 times, and around 40+6% of her targets maximum HP in TRUE DAMAGE). After building a BotRK Vayne hits a very large power spike. Shes granted enough attack speed to get her passive off quickly, she has great mobility with BotRK's active and Tumble, and has the upper hand when an enemy is near a wall (which lets be honest, you are almost ALWAYS near a wall). When combined with CC locking supports such as or she becomes even worse. They give her such a good amount of time to re-position to use Condemn and pin an enemy to a wall it makes it very frustrating and boring to play against Vayne. Now yes, it is very possible to shut a Vayne down, especially if she does not has good synergy and communication with her support, but in ranked this is a very rare occurrence. What are everyone elses thoughts on Vayne and her strengths/weaknesses?
