Runes cost 10 IP yet people seem to ignore it.Saving for champions much?It cost 300 IP to buy 30 runes...

Second SS is to show he played some games,he didn't just got to level 30,and he had time to collect all IP he needs,and all time to learn that u need more than one mastery page.

There is 0 point in getting Runes right now since the new patch comes out in what 2 weeks. Secondly doesn't matter about the mastery since you can change it during the game anyways.
