A while back Riot said they wanted to keep both play styles of Kog'maw alive except every single buff lately has been directed towards making AD/onhit Kog'maw while AP has kind of been left in the dust and according to Champion.gg Mid kog'maw dropped 5-10% in winrate.
how is giving his W a base damage and removeing the AD ratio a nerf to AP-kog? That was a flat buff for ap kog!

I think Riot is focusing more on making sure AD Kog'Maw is a thing, and then support AP Kog'Maw once AD Kog is in a good spot since AD Kog hasn't been in a good spot since the start of the preseason.
