A lot. You will start getting warnings in your profile when you get close.

Yellow color above your rank means a few more games.

Red color above your ranked means 1-2 losses and you are demoted.

I think it depends on your winrate. Usually if you’re positive you shouldn’t fall after 1-3 losses at 0 LP. But if you have a positive winrate you should be ok.
