[Champion Ult Suggestion] Rammuse Powerball
Champion Ult Suggestion: Rammuse Powerball: Channel Time 0-3 sec [plays sonic hedgejog spinning sounds], depending on channel time you enter powerball mode for 2-10 sec. While in powerball mode you gain +50 flat ms each sec, you have hard steering controls [like sion], enemies touched are flattened, and become attached to your body, increasing your body size by 50% per champion attached. At the end of the ult or when you collide to a wall, you explode, spewing all attached champions consumed, dealing damage depending on your size.
**Note: **Minions attached grant 5% size, Cannon minions grant 15% size. They also grant +10 ms, +30 ms respectively.
**Note: **This is a disruption ult, in has bigger "move" distance that poppy R, or kallisa-blitzcrank-thresh combo. But it has a huge channel time like fiddlesticks, therefore predictable.
**Suggested Team Combo: **Rammuse + Kled + Galio/Orianna [for after explosion].
**Note: **So you can ult them and move them to your fountain ? isn't this op? hard steering controls means you can only do this if you come from behind them. Also enemies can just flash left/right to avoid the ult if you have small size. In addition while the ult is active you can activate the following mode:
W: The Billiard Mode: Lose all steering controls for the rest of the ult. Increase Acceleration by 100% [+100 flat ms per sec]. You become immune to CC. Autoattacks knock you backwards for 0.1-0.2 sec distance but do not change your direction [you will still reach them]. CC switches your movement direction instead [as if you are a billiard's ball]. Colliding with a wall wont stop the ult, but instead you will bounce off the wall and switch direction.
** Nerf idea:** The billiard Mode, is activated after attaching a champion, therefore you will lose the posibility to move enemies to your fountain, and attaching more than 1 enemy champion will be really hard as you do not control the ball.
**Nerf Idea: **Steering is easier at the start of the ult, and becomes harder and harder the longer it lasts.
