Season 10: Riot bots and graphic engine are getting "old"
Riot is a multi-millionaire company, however it doesn't expand into new technologies. The reason is that it has its own home-brew engine that ignores other big game engines => stays behind in technology. Riot can't play antagonistic vs other game engines, because re-inventing the wheel has a cost. Game engines can offset their cost of development of new technologies by providing solutions to "many" companies. Riot is "one" company and therefore cannot offset the cost of developing a new graphic engine, since riot doesn't sell its engine.

Imagine The benefits of "Imitation Bots".
- Ranked Matches obtain "Difficulty Gatewalls" = Imitation Bots.
- Imitation Bots can be "flawless", without "hacking", they "repeat" the playstyle of "Best" players.
- Disconnected Players can be replaced by bots, who play just as good as players until they return. I am not talking about "dumb" bots, i am talking about "ultra-intelligent" bots that outplay humans.
Benefits of transitioning to a new Game Engine:

Proper Navmesh: a. Bots wont get "stuck" on terrain. b. Players wont get "stuck" on minions for 1.5 sec, taking 3 free autos => death. c. Players wont get "stuck" on enemy towers. d. Players won't be unable to click tristiana, because a nearby chogath is too fat.

"I am too scared to fix the autoattack Bug for 11 years !!!" a. Flash now disjoints (dodges) ranged autoattack projectiles. b. Flash now disjoints (dodges) melee autoattack. c. Melee "hit" can be disjointed (miss) if target is far away d. Disjointed homing spells refund 100% of their cooldown and mana cost. e. Disjointed melee/ranged autoattacks grant 10% bonus movement over 1 sec. ("undo animation stun"). f. When zed presses R on veigar ult, veigar gets an "extra" ult => Veigar counters zed "immunity frames". Reasoning: zed Q already outranges veigar q. So a veigar's ult in zed's face should be possible instead dealing no dmg. g. Ranged Hits now properly deal damage if attacker dies. (before they fizzled because you died). h. Dodge disjoints minion projectiles. I am so bored of the "you flashed" with 20% hp, only to die to minions barrage that "remembers" to kill you.

Narrow Escapes Allowed + Reworked: a. Bleeds, Dots, Burn mastery removed. You should not die after flash for no reason... b. Dying after flash within 0.25sec, refunds 100% of its cooldown. Bugs shouldn't kill players. c. Fizz W no longer has "dot". lvl 1 w shouldn't deal damage for 6 sec (3 sec regular duration + 3 sec from "infinite range melee hack - case 2c" ignoring your flash, triggering another 3 sec duration). The game is "fair", you survive ignite with 20% hp, only to die to a "duo" w dot. He already dealt his "W" burst, now he gets +2 extra W spell rotations? when he is away from me, when i have already flashed and he didn't? d. Bleeds/Dodges should be removed period. It has nothing to do with player skill. It's like "Dodge" stat which got removed but the situation is reversed, you die regardless if you escape. Takes lot of skill to kill a flashed player from 600 yards away because "dot" happened. e. Flash cleanses dots. Just in case, one survived. f. The game is "dumb", suffers from "brain lag", it remembers to kill you after 2 sec of exiting combat. wtf? I dont care the reason.

New Autoattack Types: a. Move and hit (~kalista) but for melee => if i have same speed as you, i never get "stunned" in autoattack animation. And i can endlessly follow you. Champions Applicable: Udyr, Jax, +other crappy underpowered melee trash. Too op? On auto-attack slow me by 20/15/10%. Now i can de-sync my attack at early game, but not mid-game.

Smarter Bots. Imitation bots as previously described, there should be no difference between "Player" vs "AI" in terms of skill. Since the ai learns from the players. He can only become smarter than them.

30 years loading screen removed. Now games start instantly. Has anyone "Timed" how long this loading screen lasts? Yes 30% of a match's duration, that is if it doesn't get "canceled" for no reason. a. Don't tell me it's the technology: in dota 2 client, champion selection happens inside the client => resources loaded when champion is "locked". b. Allow fast loading screen loaders to "get inside the game", the barrier doesn't allow them to leave => unfair headstart. allow them to move the barrier into the "second" layer of towers... or my jungle. Eg block passing after the river.

Access to the newest Graphics Engines Features. Instead gradually stay behind and become a relic of the past.

New Game engines are "Faster" because they don't target "outdated" wooden pcs.
Risks of the proposed Changes:
- Requires money to transit to a new game engine (x2 development costs).
- It requires hiring new programmers, you cannot "train" old programmers, because during "development" period, you must still provide updates to the old client.
- It will take a lot of time eg 4 years.
- It is risky !!! We don't want you to stay behind, or fail re-implementing lol.
