Old Twisted Treeline map/ rotating game mode

I ran across the old map layout when researching TT and it looks like the old map would meet almost every criteria that RIOT has set as goals in season eight. It has a wide variety of champions that are viable, outplay potential across all roles using the larger terrain, and an extensive jungle that forces the jungles to fight each other rather than sitting in lane and ganking 24/7.

I would love to see the old map re-included, even if it is as a rotating game mode. I get that it's a really old map and it would take a lot of work, but the terrain looks so interesting and the RNG of jungle camps would make each game a struggle forcing the junglers to fight each other over the topside buffs.

Is there any chance of the map making a re-appearance?

I remember the old TT map, and I wasn't a huge fan of it. They reworked it to make it more unique from Summoner's Rift, which, barring some visual changes, cleaning up brush, and cleaning up terrain hitboxes, the map has remained the same since beta. I do think that the TT map could be better, particularly in having more jungle camps so that a dedicated jungler role can exist and in having more distance between the 2 outer turrets than there is between the inner turrets. I also think that the Nexus turrets should be 2 turrets, instead of 1 with like 90 AD and 4.0 attack speed. While I don't think that the old map should make a complete reappearance, some elements from it can be used to create the new Twisted Treeline map. The main issue is that Riot finds it too difficult to keep and maintain more than 1 map and more than 1 game mode. Smite, on the other hand, is up to I believe 8 different maps now, each with their own individual gamemodes, plus a game of the day, which I'm pretty sure is just randomized from a bank that they have coded into the game already.
