How to report a player for holding a game hostage

A player and I decided to have a 1v1 on Howling Abyss. After he lost he, and a few of his buddies who were spectating, retaliated by holding the game hostage. It has now been over 30 minutes and he's standing outside of my fountain just letting creeps kill each other. I have two questions:

How can I get into another game (it says the game is ongoing and stops me from starting another)
How can I report these players for ruining a game?

I was stupid enough to have one of his buddies on my team in addition to him being on the other so that they can continue the game until they feel I had been punished enough. The game is ongoing so I can't link it, but I will when It finally ends. I hope that I can have someone from Riot tell me how to proceed I am in the NA server.

Conclusion: Game finally ended at 71 minutes, I saved the replay and I submitted a support ticket. I hope that this effort gets some kind of result. The easiest way to remedy this would be to allow players to exit custom games and start normals... or to never agree to play a custom game in the first place....

In addition to the end-game report option, I would recommend you use a support ticket if you want to try and get some extra attention on them.

Thank you, sorry I don't usually use the board. I'm just frustrated that over an hour has elapsed and I can't even report them or end the game prematurely.

I believe custom games are free to leave. So just leave, and use the support ticket method of reporting them.

When I leave, I get the "Return to game" and my Icon says that I'm currently "In game". I can't enter another game. I don't even want to play anymore, I just want to get them banned, this is ludicrous. I'm afraid that if I go offline and the game ends I can't report them at the end of game screen.

Can you even report people in custom games? I don't know. I haven't played a custom games in over 5 years. I thought anything goes in custom games.

Yikes, what a blunder. Hope the support ticket gets them then. Time to log off and continue with life. Makes me livid that I couldn't start another game though, it's been 70+ minutes now.

This.. is quite weird - you should (to my understanding) be presented with a "rejoin game" button as well as a "leave game" button in the game client (not the game itself) after leaving.

Hopefully Support can figure out what went wrong here - be it a glitch or if that feature was removed (or I'm remembering wrong). Regardless, this type of behavior is certainly something that they will look into - they may not necessarily punish them at this time, but it will not be forgotten.
