Why did they make it so Cho can basically kill anyone from half Hp cause of his ult right away at 6? I know other champs can kill someone fast but that true damage shit where its completely unblockable is insane. 600 damage at level 11? Like seriously, there isn't another move in the game that does that base and its fucking stupid.

DaspinnyX21 votesDarius' is ONLY that high if he gets full stacks of Hemorrhage. If not its only "TRUE DAMAGE: 160 / 250 / 340 (+ 75% bonus AD)" +20% per stack of Hemorrhage.Cho's is still much worse because it has no ramp up like that. It just always hits hard.
