Is it possible for me to get perma-banned when my power goes out? Like i was just in the middle of a game a few minutes ago and my power went out randomly no storm or anything. I get back on and have a 10 minute wait for 5 games. Is it possible to get perma-banned if that continues to happen?
If it's really excessive, yes
Remember that there are 10 people in a game, you're ruining up to 30 minutes of 9 other, even if it's not your fault
The more informative answer to a different question is: Riot won't permaban for a random power outage. As you have seen, if there is a pattern of leaving, disconnecting, quitting Riot will levy restrictions/punishments against you as motivation for you to fix whatever connection or stability issues you are having but have not yet resolved.
