Will we ever see old urgot's kit make a comeback?

I loved old urgot and i love new urgot, but (to me) he en-captured the theme of "artillery station" way way better thank kog, xerath, or anyone else, partial because he was ad, and also because if you landed e you FELT like you were artillery and it was so much fun. Im not asking for all of that back persay and am fully aware it wasnt the healthiest mechanic, but....still... I just miss that midgame urgot feel like im artillery battering down on the enemy. So does riot ever intend to go after that feeling? or nah?
