Stupid suggestion time: Beam struggles in League?

Hey Riot, have you ever considered adding something as awesomely silly and unworkable as beam struggles in league?

I don't even know why I'm posting this, got to be completely impossible right?

EDIT: Sorry I didn't make this clear, I am of course talking about Dragon Ball Z, with their beam attacks shooting at each other, each trying to overtake the other.

Or, a slightly less dumb idea, how about the ability to redirect incoming abilities? You know, like you see a enemy Ashe arrow coming at you and then you smack that thing into another direction. Or have it work on friendly abilities as well so you can redirect it in case it missed.
