OK so I decided to check the ban rate after patch 6.24 to see the new "broken champs" on the list and suddenly I see LeBlanc is banned more then Rengar? All that happened to her is she got 40 more damage on her Q. Does it make her quite that lethal?

In short... no... it's actually a net nerf because she can't wave clear...if you just shove her to tower... but people play scared against LB and get shit on and let her roam.

All the champs I buy either get nerfed or buffed till they are broken ;-;.
