Add Turret Plating to Howling Abyss

I am very excited about the preseason changes but am a bit disappointed that turret plating wasn't added to Howling Abyss/ARAM. If the enemy team has an ADC and gets an ace after the 5 min mark, the outer turret is basically guaranteed to go down and sometimes even the inner turret falls. I've seen inhibs go down at 6 minutes into the game. Adding the turret plating would reduce the likelihood of going from no turrets to inhibitor in a single fight and would also give scaling champs some extra time to actually do something. And instead of dropping the plating at 14 mins it would probably be better at 8 to 10 mins. Thoughts?
