I wish This Game Had Fair Gameplay

Getting a feeder every game is really unfair. I have a bad game 1/20 games yet my teammates have a bad game 20/20 games I play... I thought competitive games were suppose to be fair, and not give me the horrible people every single game.. Just had a gold player feed hard on my team... How is he gold and I'm not. Makes no sense.
