Is it me or is Vi disgustingly op this patch?

What feels op about her?
Vi's combo always does a ton of damage, and since her release she had the potential to 100-0 squishies while cc'ing them if she's at all ahead, so if that's your complaint, it's nothing new.
I haven't seen her, but she doesn't seem to be an excessive win rate jungler.
No she's not OP until next week when she gets more dr by building more damage
I feel it too idk
She's always been able to burst squishies if she gets ahead or doesn't get peeled off of a carry.
