More in-depth spell descriptions?

Just thinking that it would be a good idea to revisit some of the poorly written spell descriptions that League has put up. For example, some spells likes Rumble's passive say "for a few seconds" instead of the actual lasting time? I just don't understand why the spell descriptions would be written to not give all the information necessary about the ability, wouldn't that be a lot easier than needing to go search through a website for information that Riot creates?

I think it would give players more of an opportunity to understand more details about the game without committing a bunch of time to learning the things off of websites and stuff, because a lot of players don't advance because they don't have the time to learn a bunch of things about the game. If it was more readily available, perhaps it would be embedded naturally when players are reading over abilities and stuff over and over again.

I remember when I played WoW the ability descriptions were in depth in that manner, and it made more intricate details about the game more known and made the information more accessible. I feel like slight improvements like this and adding secondary quests or objectives to matches would make the game a lot more interactive and fun. Let me know what ya'll think
