Second time I've had to reinstall because of MAC Client bugs

I think it's nothing short of absurd that Riot can't fix recurring bugs for their Client. I stopped playing the game Jan. 3rd 2015 because it frequently breaks and requires the user to reinstall it. Since I've started playing again around May 6th, I've had to reinstall the game twice. Why do I skip to reinstalling it? Because the subpar Riot support lends no help at all. Just an automated message. Is someone really being paid money to send automated messages to people? I think that before releasing new champions and map updates to improve the game, Riot should cover the basics and actually ensure that the users don't have to CONSTANTLY reinstall this game.

Or they could just sell the game to a company that's mildly competent. That might be a decent idea if they've ever had one.

I have a MAC book Pro. I havn't had any problems with the game whatsoever until this patch. 5.9 I can't get it to update. And I'm running out of options. We need support to work a little harder on fixing the MAC Client please
