Cant zoom out enough

Whenever i'm playing league or recording something I cant zoom out enough to see everything that's happening. and I know that most people will say then your mouse scrolling is broken" when it's not or I need a new bigger monitor when in actual reality that does nothing but makes your game bigger. so it does nothing to help you see farther in game. such as here what my screen looks like in a recording all the way zoomed out as far as possible as I can get it. Then whenever you watch something like worlds they can get it really zoomed out this makes no sense like how do we do that?

if you look at the normal game such as around 8 mins its like our normal sized screen but when you look at the team fights or so its really zoomed out like at 25:25

We can't see the screenshot in the link you posted because it's just a file on your computer that you opened in a browser. Try Gyazo, I recently got it and it's very simple and easy to use.

It is because when you play a game or spectate a game you can only zoom out so far, only the spectate in the championships have the ability to zoom out further
