well, good job defunning the game.

Eve stealth gutted. Sion turned into a wannabe Malphite meatshield initiator, no longer an AP or AD carry with his offense eliminated. Heimer missles suck d***.
Soraka's dependency on Q hitting to replenish health also stinks, along with bad cooldown on her silence.

***and while not reworks, Garen and GP went from looking BA to a bunch of fairies. GP lost his crustiness, Garen lost his testosterone.

I mean were these changes done so that the game becomes oriented towards "skill-shotting" and mechanics? I know the Asians tend to be better at this aspect of the game, but it's not like they needed Riot to overhaul it further in their favor (as if they weren't dominating already). Better go make Taric's stun a skillshot too.
