If it goes well, It will most likely become a permanent game mode.

If you want to play Nexus Blitz then get PBE. Since you play on NA server it won't be super laggy. As long as you aren't a dick (if you haven't banned) you can get a PBE account.

If it gets through pbe with a good reception and the go ahead from riot then it will be a permenant game mode like Aram and twisted treeline.
