''All Random'' URF

This is starting to get just borderline stupid, this ''AR''URF is just the same 10 champions even though you have 100+ champions, for some reason it's always the same champions u see and are forced to used, not cuz u want to win with them but cuz the game legit won't give YOU ANYTHING ELSE
