Boots End Game Level Up

There should be a boot upgrade at level 18 that lets you upgrade the boots 1 more time into an item with stats that depends on what you need, so for ap's an item with the same speed as the boots they had but ap, AD's same speed and ad, and so on. Because come endgame when you have full build you have all these powerful items and boots, which are basically just there for your to keep speed with everyone else but its now just feeling like a super underpowered item compared to everything else which does a ton of stuff.

Most late game builds (when the grouping and team fighting begins) don't actually have boots, ijs.

and then if you need to outrun someone you lose by miles, which would be easily resolved by making boots into an item.

That person who has boots on, should be 1 item weaker than you. That 1 item difference is a big difference.

You have an advantage of at least 2 of the following: more health, more AP, more armor, more magic resist, more attack damage. They literally should be using those shoes to run away from you.

As the last survivor of this team fight, if you're not a champion that can fight, even if you escape, can you stop them from taking your inhibitor and Nexus, probably not.

1 item weaker when that 1 item costs you their speed is a lot especially if you're going against a range, they can simply outkite you at that point and poke u down.

I'm saying there should be no 1v1 end game. Team fights should decide the victor unless you have a MasterYi Udyr Tryndamere from the jungle.

Why not instead be able to buy 2 of the tier 2 boot upgrades aka buy Merc and Ninja, Swiftness with Mobility or any combination.

Many players kinda don't like that the only way to get tenacity is merc treads so this would at least make it more open to everyone.
