use tumbles defensively to dodge skill shots or kite away from an enemy

save e either to disengage when you are being chased, or to stun against a wall. any other use is not worth using.

right now, max w first and build stakk shiv/rapidfire canon.

I think that BoRK is still powerful, but I think that it's too gold inefficient right now such that you take it when you need it but not when you don't. vayne already has %health true damage and gets life steal from crit strikes, so getting 60% crit chance and + 13% move speed with two energized strikes is too good to pass up for vayne.

I think botrk's active and pd's passive are both pretty good to grab when you can, and combined they do have 10% more AS I believe. but that's at the cost of 6100 gold, compared to SS + RFC's 5000.

Do you mind putting a full build in order of what to buy? I am still confused becasue of season 6 item changes

first, keep in mind that items right now are more likely to be nerfed/buffed as riot tries to balance out all the changes from preseason and early season. second, remember that a full build isn't the goal: games are often decided at any point aftre the first item is built, so the first two are the most important to the build and the third but the boots, fourth, and fifth item all vary from game to game and when you have a full buiild and the game still doesn't end you might then switch out items depending. but that should only happen in like one in 30 games or something..

I'd say for vayne as it currently stands, item 3087 item 3094 item 3006 is the core rush, and item 3031 is the best next item. then a lifesteal item is probably next, I particularly like item 3812 . a situational item should finish up. item 3036 item 3139 item 3026 item 3102 are all options I frequently visit on any adc. sometimes I build the one I build earlier than last item, or at least one component, if need be.
