No Loss Prevention after entire team DC's and only 3 came back.

Last game I had, our top lane gets killed by their's, then suddenly disconnects. That same top laner comes down and kills me, all of a sudden, everyone on my team and 3 of theirs DC. 3 of us managed to come back while they get EVERYONE back. So for the rest of the game, their top just goes on about "GG", "EZ win" or "Rito is on my side today"

End of the game. No loss prevention. Their top lane keeps going on and on about how he deserves the win. Our team goes WTF as to why we didn't get a loss prevent.

An explanation would be very nice.
