In game shop, how do I stop it from choosing multiple options?

In the shop, in ALL ITEMS.

There are multiple options for like MR, Armor, Health, Attack Speed items, Crit items ETC ETC

Sometimes my game will allow me to choose a mix of options when I just left click, causing this to search for items with both stats.

But I just want it to choose 1 and switch to whatever I choose next.

Some games I get the multiple choice bug ( idk if its a bug ) and some games it goes back to normal aka my left click SWITCHES the section in shop, not INCLUDES it together with my previous selection.

Like if I left click Attack Speed, and I go to lane, come back later, Attack speed will still be highlighted and ill press HEALTH and now BOTH ARE SELECTED WTF

How do I disable? lol I just want 1 section at a time.
