Find a Champion that is good with mana, or has not mana. Make sure they don't need to build AD or AP on, and go out with just boots! Get ninja Tabi for Armor, Mercury's Treads for that MR! You gotta get Boots of Swiftness with Alacrity enchantment t go fast all the time! You thought Yi was fast before? you never seen him like this! If you got a single target spell like garen's Q o Ganplank's Q watch yourself go vroom with the Furor enchantment! 2 Ionian Boots of Lucidity is 30% CDR! Great for those manaless champs! You think Jana is the only one that can give her allies movement speed by just being around her? think again! get that Captain's enchantment and show Janna that her passive is so last season!

Go out an d try it! Carry your team to victory! Watch your enemy rage! And remeber this is all just a video game so have fun!

But what? I can assure you that this build, while not the most efficient, is a lot of fun. I have won two games as Garen with just boots, before and after the Juggernauts!
