Lifesteal.
I feel like Lifesteal is pretty powerful right now, especially when stacked, or given away for free (warlords).
I won't go so far as to say it's broken, so much as it has too much power in the wrong hands.
I feel like melee champions have trouble getting to a ranged champion as it is. Then, with their escape tools, most ranged can disengage, and heal back whatever damage they just took. Meanwhile, melee are trying to close the distance and stick to their target, not gaining the full benefits of Lifesteal that the ranged opponent is.
Basically, I feel like Lifesteal should be reduced on ranged champions since they have the advantage of range, and usually have a team protecting them.
ADC mains will disagree with me, but I'm sure every fighter, bruiser, assassin, etc. will agree.
