Flex Queue Win/Loss Streaks

I'm currently in Gold 5 in solo and 3v3. In flex queue I'm stuck in Silver 1. I'm convinced there's something wrong with the matchmaking. My last 20 games have been huge streaks: Lost 3, won 3, lost 6, won 3, lost 5, and I just won 1 last night so I think I'm about to go on another winning streak. This didn't noticeably happen on this level in solo queue to me.

So I'm wondering if flex queue's matchmaking/MMR system is terrible or if it's all in my head and I start to tilt or play more confidently depending on winning or losing.

Has anyone else experienced this in flex queue?

(Feel free to check my match history and tell me how I can improve. I want to hit gold in flex for the reward, and then I will try to climb to Plat in solo queue)

In Solo Q I seem to get matched with people who either just don't care or I'm against players that try hard unlike my team. Like when I was support in my last solo q game and my adc draven went in ONLY when everything I had was on CD but I'm the n00b who is terrible. Eventually I got roamed on and targeted as a support who was far behind and I went 2-9-1. But in flex queue I seem to be on this massive win streak. I think I've only lost 4 or 5 games in three tiers. Currently Silver 5 90+LP and as far as I can remember I haven't lost more than around 5-6 games. I think it is solely Flex, but ya know..
