Hextech rewards.

With the new crafting out I'm really excited to jump into games and try and get rewards, sadly though I discovered after earning 2 S ranks i was unable to get rewards on my account because of previous chat restrictions on my account. Although I do agree that my chat ban was valid it discourages me to see I am unable to get rewarded, even though my restriction was long ago. I was mostly wondering how long i have to wait until i receive rewards or if i am forever punished?
