When can i get Hextech Rewards?

With the new crafting out I'm really excited to jump into games and try and get rewards, sadly though I discovered after earning 2 S ranks i was unable to get rewards on my account because of previous chat restrictions on my account. Although I do agree that my chat ban was valid it discourages me to see I am unable to get rewarded, even though my restriction was long ago. I was mostly wondering how long i have to wait until i receive rewards or if i am forever punished?

While it is true that going 3 months without being punished will lower your punishment level by one tier, that doesn't necessarily mean that after 3 months you will be able to receive hextech rewards. There's actually no set time period for when the system considers you "reformed" when it comes to the hextech rewards. It could be 3 months, it could be shorter or longer, but the time it takes will be different from person to person.

Curiosity: Just how long ago was the chat restriction? And was it a 10 game or 25 game chat restriction? This info will help us help you.

it was a 10 game chat restriction and It was about a month ago i believe

No one knows....the info is hidden.......its like in school when a teacher or coach etc says "When I feel like it"
