Quality of Life leblanc changes

Basically, when you smart cast a skill it should also smartcast the empowered ult version of itself. It would feel better because i only like to run smart cast on her q and w, seeing how i have trouble aiming her e. This would help especially when using a normal skill and your ult after, because you use basically use the same skill in 2 different ways, if that makes sense. Like, smart cast on q>r : You aim your first mark just with the cursor and then you have to press r to use the other. or e>r : i use my e and then if i press r the second chain just goes where it wants. or w>r : i press w and r just to realize i dashed just once cause i didn't click the second time.
