Should Kog'maw be able to use Summs after death?
I just think people really need to feel his love <3

I still think it would be hilarious if GA let him explode twice.
I think there is no point in allowing him to waste a sums just to get off a good passive a movement speed increase for him when dies seems fair
he could probably use a move speed or explosion radius buff considering how often his passive is useless because almost everyone has a mobility move now, maybe a one time use death ability like dead sion has

I don't really see the point in not allowing stuff like that. Same with flash/teleport on Tahm Kench, he's using a five minute cooldown, so what if he flashes under tower to spit you out.

Many people will flash after they are already dead, then spam the forum with qq...
Doesn't he already get a movespeed buff? It could just be the dying waddle but he always seemed to move faster
I think just removing the passive completely, and giving him a better passive that rewards him for kills instead of deaths is better.
the snow ball on aram would be trippy explode after flying at them
